摘要
女大学生就业难问题已经成为社会各界关注的焦点,其形成原因有多种,其中女大学生就业观存在误区是关键的主观因素。要解决女大学生的就业难问题,就必须重塑女大学生的就业观。从性别话语角度来说,就是要将男女平等与女性发展的观念融入性别话语之中。
The difficulty in employment for female college students has become a hot concern of al walks of life in the society.Among the factors contributing to this difficulty,the misunderstanding in employment value of the female college students is the most critical subjective one.In order to solve this problem,we must remodel the employment value of female college students from the perspective of gender discourse,which the value of equality between men and women and development of female should be integrated into.
