摘要
中档酒店在重庆酒店业中扮演着十分重要的角色,目前重庆中档酒店普遍存在的经营困境制约着重庆酒店业整体竞争力的提升。研究重庆中档酒店经营困境的原因并提出相应的解决对策具有重要的实践指导意义。简要介绍重庆中档酒店发展规模、区域分布、经营困境,以波特的五力竞争模型为理论基础,从产业结构视角剖析造成目前其经营困境的深层次原因;在此基础上,提出重庆中档酒店走出经营困境的发展策略。
The three-star hotels play a very important role in the hotel industry of Chongqing, but the ubiquitous management predicament existing in them at present restricts the promotion of the whole competitiveness of hotel industry of Chongqing. Therefore, it is practically important to study the causes of the predicament and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper introduces briefly the development scale, regional distribution and management predicament. Based on the theory of Michael Porter＇s Five Forces Model, it analyzes the root causes of the predicament in the perspective of industrial structure and forwards the development strategy for getting out of the predicament.
