摘要
单体饭店作为国内饭店业发展的主体,在新的竞争环境中正处于逐渐弱化趋势,文章利用迈克尔·波特的“五种作用力模型”评价了现阶段单体饭店发展态势,并结合其服务竞争战略理论,从成本领先战略、差异化战略和集中战略角度,提出了加速单体饭店专业化、集团化发展的策略。
Individual hotels as the main body in domestic hospitality is in weakening.The article evaluates the developing states of individual hotels using Machacl Porter' s Five Factors Model, and takes his three competitive service strategies to put forward the strategic tactics of accelerating specialization and conglomerating of individual properties.
