摘要
描述的双参数核谱数据获取与处理系统是一个开放式系统，它作为加速器质谱计数据获取与控制系统的一部分工作于主控机的ＬａｂＶｉｅｗ环境下。该系统获取每个有效事件的死时间小于２０μｓ，活时间测量精确到ｍｓ量级，感兴趣区可设置成椭圆形等多种形式。
In this paper an open mode dual parameter data acquisition and processing system is described. It works in the LabView environment of the main computer as a part of AMS data acquisition and control system. In this system the dead time for acquiring one effective event is less than 20 μs, the precision of life time is of ms class, and one can set the ROI region in ellipse or other shapes.
