摘要
本文研究了纳米导电纤维(Nano-F)与导电炭黑(HG-CB)填充硅橡胶复合材料的电性能,Nano-F/HG—CB填充硅橡胶复合材料具有高的导电性;电阻率随温度增加在25~40℃之间呈负温度系数,而在40~120℃之间电阻率变化不大,具有较高的热稳定性;在不同温度下的伏-安特性呈欧姆线性关系.探讨了这种复合材料的导电机理.
Electric property of silicone rubber composite filled with nano-conductive fibre and conduCtive carbon-black was investigated. It was shown that the composite possessed high electric conduCtivity and resist-heat stability. With temperature increasing, the resistivity of the composite gradually decreased (NTC, negative temperature coefficient) at the range of 25 to 40 ℃, but there existed small change at the range of 40 to 120℃. The results showed that the U ~ I characteristic of the composite was consistent with Ohm law.
