杏花花粉中含有丰富的苦杏仁苷、多酚、黄酮类、酶类,以及不饱和脂肪酸等活性成分,其醇提物具有良好的抗氧化、抗癌、抑制酪氨酸酶的作用。杏花花粉中的功能活性成分具有独特性,适于开发利用。
Almond pollen is rich in amygdalin, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes as well as unsaturated fatty acids and so on, especially having anti-oxidation, anti-cancer and inhibition of tyrosinase by ethanol extract. Functional ingredients in Almond pollen are suitable for development and utilization because of its specialty.
