摘要
警察职业教育既具有职业教育的共性,又有鲜明的自身特色,当前警察教育师资队伍中存在的诸多问题直接影响到警察职业教育的成效。立足于警察职业教育的现时发展特点、立足于现有教师队伍的状况、立足于社会发展对警务活动提出的新要求,切实有效地加强师资队伍建设是警察职业教育持续、健康发展的重要保证。
police vocational education has a lot common with other vocational education,but it holds special features.Currently,problems of teaching staff in the police education affect the efficiency of the education.Based on the features of the vocational education,the situation of the staff,and social demands for policing,teaching staff construction is to be reinforced to help the education develop continuously.
