摘要
入世后 ,作为行政执法重要力量之一的警察队伍 ,其综合素质能在多大程度上与国际接轨 ,教育培训是关键。对中外警察教育培训模式进行比较研究 ,不仅具有理论意义 ,而且具有时代意义。他山之石 ,可以攻玉。通过比较 ,可以结合我国国情进行选择性的借鉴 ,促进我国警察教育培训的改革。
After the entrance into WTO,the police force, as one of the important law-enforcement-forces, should improve their qualities so as to keep abreast with the international standards and the key is training. The comparative study of Sino-foreign training mode is significant both to theory and to practice by introducing foreign experience to China. By such a comparison, an improvement will be made in police training reform, combined with our national conditions.
