摘要
目的观察复方锁阳口服液对小鼠性激素水平的影响及其对免疫功能的调节作用,探讨其临床疗效机制。方法用复方锁阳口服液大(180 mg/kg)、中(90 mg/kg)剂量对小鼠灌胃4周后,用放射免疫法检测其对小鼠激素水平的影响,用MTT染色法、LDH释放法等检测其对小鼠相关免疫功能指标的影响。结果复方锁阳口服液大、中剂量灌胃给药均可显著提高雄性小鼠睾丸酮水平(P<0.05),对雌性小鼠孕激素和雌二醇有明显提高作用(P<0.05);对小鼠抗体产生、淋巴细胞转化以及NK细胞杀伤功能均有明显促进作用(P<0.05),大剂量优于小剂量。结论复方锁阳口服液能显著提高小鼠性激素水平,对小鼠免疫功能有明显促进作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Compound Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr Oral Liquid on sexual hormone level and immune functions in mice to investigate the mechanism of its clinical curative effect.Methods Compound Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr Oral Liquid of large（180 mg/kg） or medium（90 mg/kg） dose was administered on mice by gastric lavage once a day for four weeks.Then its effect on sexual hormone levels in mice was tested by the radioimmunoassay method,while its effect on the mice immune function indexes was tested by MTT staining and LDH release methods.Results Compound Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr Oral Liquid in large and medium doses could significantly improve testosterone level of the male mice（P0.05）,and progesterone and estradiol levels in the female mice（P0.05）.It also obviously promoted the production of antibodies,lymphocyte transformation and NK cell killing function in mice（P0.05）;large doses worked better than smaller ones.Conclusion Compound Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr Oral Liquid can significantly improve sex hormone level and immune functions in mice.
