摘要
对陕西渭河流域水资源开发利用现状、现状水平年水资源供需平衡、水资源开发利用程度以及现状耗水量进行分析,得出目前农业用水所占比例较大且流域现状水平年全面缺水,但缺水程度有所差异,地下水开发利用程度较高的结论,并计算出境内近年水资源的实际消耗量。指出目前存在水资源供求矛盾、河流径流锐减、地下水超采以及水质恶化等问题,提出相应的建议与措施。
In order to study the conditions of water resource development and utilization of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the supply-demand balance of water resource in present years,the extent of water resource development and utilization and current situation of water consumption,from which we can find that currently agriculture consumes more water and the whole river basin has been short of water,but the extent is different,the level of Groundwater exploitation is high,it also has calculates the actual consumption of water resource in recent years.So this paper raises some problems such as the contradictions of water supply and demand,sharp drop in runoff,over-exploitation of groundwater and deterioration of water quality,and proposes several recommendations and measures.
