摘要
从渭河水情演变的历史出发，分析了影响水情变化的主要因素——气候条件和人类活动，得出了自20世纪70年代以来人类活动对渭河水量的影响超过了气候条件影响的结论，并对流域水资源的安全性进行了评价，提出了渭河水资源可持续利用的基本途径。
From the view of historical flow regime evolution of the Weihe River, the major factors affecting the flow regime, i.e., climatic condition and human activity, were analyzed. It was pointed out by the analysis that the effects of human activity on flow regime was exceeded that of climate. Such that the safety of water resources in the Weihe River Basin was evaluated and the basic approach for water resources sustainable utilization were put forward.
