摘要
目的明确冬虫夏草寄主贡嘎蝠蛾在人工饲养条件下自繁第1代的种性变化情况。方法通过室内常规的饲养方式来研究自繁第1代冬虫夏草寄主蝠蛾的生物学特性。结果蛹期约40 d,羽化高峰为18:30~19:30,雌雄性比约为1∶3.2;成虫交配高峰约为20:00,成虫期约20 d,个体寿命6~8 d;产卵量平均418粒,卵100粒重为27.00 mg。幼虫历期约800~1 000 d,幼虫具有多食性和一定的耐寒性。结论贡嘎蝠蛾自繁第1代与父本和母本的生物学特性没有显著性差异。
Objective To clear the biological characters of the first breed of the Hepialus gonggaensis.Methods Normal artificial breeding was used to study the characteristic of the first breed of the Hepialus gonggaensis indoor.Results The pupa duration was 40 d,pupa's emergence peak was 18:30~19:30,and the ♀:♂ is 1:3.2;the average life time of an adult was 6~8 d,the adults' mate peak was 20:00.The adult duration was 20 d.The average number of the producing egg was 418 and the weight of the 100 eggs was 27.00 mg.The larva duration was 800~1000 d,and the infancy larva had the characters of the polyphagy and some endurance with cold.Conclusion There is not obvious difference between the first breed and the male parent and the female parent.
