摘要
中药资源可持续发展是我国中药现代化面临的重要课题。笔者提出了中药资源可持续发展的概念、主要任务及特征,分析了我国中药资源现状及可持续发展存在的问题。阐述了构建中药资源的可持续发展体系的基本原则,并在该原则的基础上,重点讨论了国家中药资源可持续发展体系的4大组成部分及主要内容:中药资源可持续发展研究体系、保护及监控体系、合理开发与利用体系、评价指标体系,探讨了中药资源可持续发展体系的构建方法和标准。
The sustainable development of Chinese medicines resources is a key point for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper put forward the concept, main tasks and characteristics on the sustainable development of Chinese medicine resources, and analyses the eurrent situation and problems in China. It has explained the basic principle and the sustainable development framework of Chinese medicines resources. The framework consisted of 4 parts： the research system, protection and control system, evaluation index system and development system. It provided external scientific standard for the researeh of the sustainable development on Chinese medicine resources.
