摘要
目的研究牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以牡蛎肽为蛋白源,研制获得牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂,检测血液生化指标和脏器系数进行营养评定,采用小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验、碳粒廓清试验、乳酸脱氢酶测定法研究了其对免疫功能的影响。结果牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂可以维持小鼠正常生理生化功能,能明显增强小鼠的细胞免疫和NK细胞活性,低剂量组能增强小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论牡蛎肽肠内营养制剂对小鼠具有提高机体免疫的作用,可以作为肠内营养制剂应用于临床营养支持。
Objective To investigate the effect of oyster peptide-based intenal nutrition on immunological function in mice.Methods Oyster peptide-based internal nutrition was prepared from oyster peptide as protein resources.The nutritional status in mice was measured by blood parameters and organ coefficient.By lymphocyte transformation test,carbon particle clearance test and lactate dehydrogenase mensuration,the effect of oyster peptide-based internal nutrition on immunity was evaluated.Results The preparation could maintain normal physiological functions of mice and enhance celluar immunity and NK cell activity.The low dose group could stimulate macrophage funnction.Conclusion Oyster peptide-based nutrition can play a significant role in enhancing immunity of mice.The results indicate that the preparation can be used as a kind of interal nutrition in clinical nutrition support.
