摘要
本文基于我国含氟气体产业的发展,概述了含氟气体标准的发展现状,分析了相关标准情况,进而探索了含氟气体标准的发展趋势。
According to the development of fluorinated gas industry in China,the paper introduces the development status of fluorinated gas standards first,then lists the relevant standards in detail,and at last analyzes the development trend of fluorinated gas standards.
