摘要
采用四硼酸锂/偏硼酸锂的混合熔剂熔融制样,X-射线荧光光谱法测定萤石中的总钙、二氧化硅含量,通过化学法测定萤石中可溶于弱酸的钙量,从总钙量中减去,得出氟化钙中的钙量,从而求得氟化钙含量。方法的精密度和准确度良好,能满足生产要求。
The melt of sample using Li2B4O7-LiBO2 can be analysed by XRF to get the content of TCa,SiO2 in the fluorine stone.the content of calcium dissolved in the acetic acid glacial（1＋9）can be analysed by chemistry.Subtracting it from total calcium to get the content of calcium in the CaF2,then get the the content of CaF2 in the sample.The precision and accuracy can meet the requirement of production.
