摘要
为了解决硼酸—盐酸融矿、EDTA滴定测试萤石氟化钙方法测高含量萤石氟化钙(>98%)结果偏低和重现性差的问题,对试验步骤进行分析调整,以国家标准样品和内蒙古某矿区样品为试验对象,对明显影响试验结果的第一次水浴时间,加盐酸和硼酸后的煮沸时间和第二次水浴时间调整试测,获得了合格的测试结果。结果表明最佳条件是:第一次水浴时间调整为10min,加盐酸和硼酸后煮沸时间2min,第二次水浴时间30min,其他条件不变。
In order to solve the problem of low results and poor repro⁃ducibility in the measurement of high content fluorite calcium fluo⁃ride(>98%)using boronic acid hydrochloric acid fusion and EDTA titration methods,the experimental steps were analyzed and adjust⁃ed.National standard samples and samples from a mining area in In⁃ner Mongolia were used as experimental objects,and the first water bath time,boiling time after adding hydrochloric acid and boric ac⁃id,and second water bath time that significantly affected the experi⁃mental results were adjusted,Obtained qualified test results.The re⁃sults indicate that the optimal conditions are:the first water bath time is adjusted to 10 minutes,the boiling time after adding hydro⁃chloric acid and boric acid is 2 minutes,the second water bath time is 30 minutes,and other conditions remain unchanged.
