不同比例条件下小檗碱-无机盐(K_2PtCl_4、KAuCl_4)的相互作用

Studies on the Interaction Between Berberine and K_2PtCl_4,KAuCl_4 with Different Molar Ratios

摘要 小檗碱是一种异喹啉类生物碱,具有明显的抗菌、抗病毒作用。近年来,关于小檗碱的化学修饰研究较多,从而探讨不同取代产物的生物活性和构效关系。在小檗碱和无机盐(K2PtCl4、KAuCl4)不同比例条件下,利用紫外光谱、ICP和元素分析等分析方法研究小檗碱和无机盐的相互作用。 Berberine,a member of the protoberberine class of isoquinoline alkaloids,has obvious antibacterial activity and antivirus effect.Many berberine analogs are synthesized in recent years.The structure-activity relationships of them are reported subsequently.The interactions between berberine and salts(such as K2PtCl4、KAuCl4) with different molar ratios are determined by UV,ICP and EL in this article.
