摘要
对两种工程设备招标采购中的两种基本评标方法——最低投标价法和综合评估法的含义和主要操作内容进行了介绍,经比较说明后推荐采用综合评估法。
The meanings and main contents of the lowest price method of tenders submmiting and the comprehensive evaluation method are presented.The two methods are the two basic bid evaluation methods in tenders inviting of two engineering facilities.Through comparison,the comprehensive evaluation method is recommended.
