招标采购就是在规定时间和地点公开进行的一种选择采购方式.交易双方不必耗时耗力进行反复磋商,具有高质量、高效率的特点.推行施工设备招标采购,既是全国市场经济发展的必然趋势,也是企业控制工程成本和提高企业效益的有效措施.
For our units in charge of construction, the ability of their working annually is over dozens hundred million yuan. How to do a good job of purchasing a construction machine and how to reduce buying cost by standard bids of the equipment, are the most important and complicate work. Because some construction enterprises do not fully recognize the importance of purchasing through bids, now the few units still are not in full swing. In order to implement the job buying equipment with bids and cut down the loss of benefits, the author puts forward the proposals as follows in the paper.
