摘要
为了找出栽培白灵菇的最佳培养料配方和栽培模式,对以棉籽壳、阔叶树木屑、玉米芯为主料不同培养料配方下菌丝生长和出菇等情况进行了比较,并分析了双排菌袋覆土栽培、工厂化栽培、层架式栽培三种模式下白灵菇的产量等差异情况。结果表明,棉籽壳为主料时,菌丝生长快,优等菇比例高,且菌袋不易污染,棉籽壳和玉米芯混合作为主料时,菌丝生长稍差,但可大大降低成本;三种栽培模式中工厂化栽培模式产量高,且子实体形态好。棉籽壳和玉米芯混合做主料综合考虑为最佳培养料,工厂化栽培为最佳栽培模式。
As to find the best medium formulation and cultivation of Pleurotus nebrodensis in present condition,we compared the mycelial growth and fruiting in the five different medium formulations which are using cottonseed hull,corncob and crumbs as the ingredients respectively,and analysed the yield of different cultivation modes-cultivation with baseboard,cultivation with factory and cultivation with samdwich.The results show that the mycelial grows much faster,the high quality fruit takes up a large proportion but the contaminated bags is fewer.If we use the mixture of cottonseed hull and corncob,the mycelial growth is a little worse but the cost could be reduced.In the three different cultivations,the yield in the cultivation with factory is the highest and the fruit body is perfect.The mixture of cottonseed hull and corncob is the best medium formulation,and the cultivation with factory is the best cultivation mode.
