摘要
以非洲菊带芽短缩茎为外植体,研究了不同生长调节剂组合对其愈伤组织和不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明:外植体表面灭菌时间以0.1%HgCl2处理10 min为宜;愈伤组织诱导适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,而不定芽诱导适宜培养基为MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L。不定芽经过增殖培养和生根培养,最终再生了生长健壮、叶色浓绿的植株。
The stem nodes with buds of Gerbera jamesoni were used as explants,the effects of different hormone combinations on callus and shoots induction were studied.The results showed that the explants were treated by 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 min.The optimum medium for callus induction was MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.05 mg/L,and MS＋6-BA 2.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.05 mg/L was suitable for shoots induction.The shoots was multiplied and induced to form roots,and finally vigorous plantlets with dark green color were regenerated.
