摘要
对资源和环境的研究从来都是经济学的基本内容之一,因此循环经济的推广没有比融入市场体系更为有效的方式。作为旨在解决资源环境与经济发展间矛盾的循环经济,实质上是在改变原有的生产函数,而技术创新本身就是导入一种新的生产函数。通过对循环经济思想的理论追溯和2000年-2007年技术创新和循环经济的相关指标的计量分析,从理论和实证两方面证明了技术创新可以并应当成为推进循环经济发展的主要手段之一。
The study on resource and environment has always been a basic content of economics;therefore,there is no more effective method to circulate recycling economy by promoting it into the market.Essentially,recycling economy whose aim is to solve the conflict between environment and economic development changes the original production function.Technological innovation itself induces a new production function.Based on review of recycling economy and mathematical analysis of the relevant indicators of technical innovation and circular economy from 2000 to 2007,the author proves that technological innovation can and should become a main method to drive recycling economy.
