摘要
根据高效倍频转换对相关参数的要求,选择优良倍频晶体LBO和BBO作为腔内倍频元件,利用凸-ARR(antiresonantring)非稳腔对撞脉冲锁模(CPM)Nd:YAG脉冲激光器实现高效倍频转换,倍频能量转换效率分别为65.3%和43.6%。实验结果指出腔内倍频有利稳定脉冲激光输出。能量起伏从基波光的3.6%降至倍频光的2.4%(对BBO晶体)。
To meet the requirement of high efficient SHG,using a
colliding pulse modelocked(CPM)Nd:YAG pulsed laser with a convexantiresonant ring(ARR)
unstable resonant and LBO,BBO crystals as intracavity doubler,an efficient SHG with energy
conversion efficiencies of 65.3% and 43.6% are demonstrated,respectively.The experimental
result also shows that ISHG can have an interesting effect of stabilization in the output power of
a pulsed laser with a decrease of energy fluctuation from 3.6% in the fundamental wave to 2.4%
in SHG.Meanwhile.
