摘要
产业链研究是把价值链的方法应用到产业层次上的组织形式研究。从研究逻辑看,产业链有产品链、价值链和知识链三种表现形态;产业链研究的目的是为了产业链升级,即产业链高度化、合理化和延伸化;影响产业链升级的两大主要因素是知识创新和组织间协调,其实现途径是产业链整合。
The research of industrial chain is a kind of research on enterprises organization applying the method of value chain analysis.Industrial chain has three kinds of performance shape： product chain,value chain and knowledge chain.The goal of the research is to promote industrial chain to a higher grade.UVR and coordination within organizations are the two major factors affecting upgrading of the industrial chain.The way to realize the goal is integration of industrial chain.
