摘要
介绍了目前断带保护技术的现状,提出了一种利用斜形滑轨形成自锁将输送带夹紧制动的带式输送机断带抓捕装置,建立了抓捕制动的数学模型,分析了抓捕制动工作的可靠性,阐述了滑轨式断带抓捕器的性能特点。
The current status of broken belt protection technology was introduced,and a kind of broken belt protection used for belt conveyor was proposed,which used self-locking formed from oblique slide runners to clamp the conveyor belt.Moreover,after the mathematical model of the arrest brake being established,the reliability of arrest braking operation was analysed,and the performance characteristics of slide-runner-type broken belt capture device was narrated.
