介绍了门式翻板摩擦逆止托辊的设计背景、技术特点、结构组成,以及在输送带正常运行、下滑和制动3种状态下的工作原理,并且公开了它的试制检测数据,说明了它在偏置逆止托辊组上的应用和偏置逆止托辊组在带式输送机上的布置方法。
The design background, technical specialty and structure of portal turn plate idler roller are introduced, and the roller working fundamentals in normal belt running, gliding and braking conditions. The testing results are also disclosed. Meanwhile,specifies the application in bias backstop idler and arrangement of bias backstop idler on the belt conveyor.
