摘要
以马兰的茎尖为试验材料,进行了茎尖的萌发与分化、试管苗的生根、移栽与移植的快繁技术研究。结果表明:MS+BA 0.2 mg.L-1+IAA 0.5 mg.L-1+GA30.5 mg.L-1是生长点萌发生长的理想培养基;MS+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1+BA 1.0 mg.L-1是萌发生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+IAA 0.6 mg.L-1是不定芽生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基;在温室中河沙是试管苗移栽的理想基质;移植到山坡上的试管苗长势旺盛。
The growth points of stem point were used as materials to establish the rapid propagation of Kalimeris indica by the studies on the development of growing point,differentiation of adventitious buds,rooting,cutting and transplantation of tube seedling.The results showed that the ideal medium for the growth and differentiation of growth point was MS+BA 0.2 mg·L-1+IAA 0.5 mg·L-1+GA30.5 mg·L-1 and MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1+ BA 1.0 mg·L-1,respectively,the ideal medium for root induction culture and successive transfer culture was 1/2MS+IAA 0.6 mg·L-1.Sand was best medium for transplanting to the greenhouse.They grew well when transferred to the hillside.
