摘要
目的探讨咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的效果。方法治疗组采用CO_2激光术后联合外用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗8周,对照组单用CO_2激光治疗。随访6个月,对两组的复发情况进行比较。结果治疗组复发率低于对照组,两组复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论咪喹莫特乳膏外用可以降低CA的复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventing relapse of condyloma acuminate with imquimod cream after treating with carbon dioxide laser. Methods Treatment group was used with irnniquirnod cream for 8 weeks after treatment to eondylorna acuminate by using carbon dioxide laser;control group was dealed with carbon dioxide laser therapy simply. After this, patients were followed - up to observe the recurrence for 6 months. Results The ralpse rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group. There was a significant statistical difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）of the relapse rate between the treatment and the control groups. Conclusion Using imiquimod cream can decrease condyloma acuminate recurrence.
