摘要
对应用白介素－２治疗ＣＯ２激光术后的尖锐湿疣试验组７５例，与对照组７５例术后采用聚肌胞治疗者作对比，随访半年，试验组复发率１２％（４．６５％～１９．３５％），对照组复发率２９．３３％（１９．０３％～３９．６４％），复发率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示白介素－２是控制尖锐湿疣复发的一种有效方法。
There was 75 cases,which were condyloma acuminatum(CA) treated by Recombinant Human Interleukin 2(rIL 2) after using CO 2-laser,in treatment group.There was 75 cases,which were CA treated by poly,IC,in control group.For it investigation had been done for half a year.The recurrence rates of treatment group and control group are 12%(4 65%～19 35%) and 29 33%(19 03%～39 64%) respectively.For the recurrence rate,treatment group is lower than control group( χ 2=6 87,P< 0 01).The results showed that the using rIL 2 after using CO 2-laser for controlling currence of CA is an effective method.
