摘要
为了实现在没有测速机的条件下对转台转速的测量与控制,提出了一种基于线加速度计的转速测量与控制新方法。首先,利用DSP采集线加速度计输出的转台转动的线加速度信号,并通过DSP进行积分运算,计算出转台当前转速。然后,利用测速机和线加速度计分别测出转台在开环阶跃、输入正弦波以及闭环时的阶跃响应曲线。最后,对两种情况进行对比。实验结果表明:利用线加速度计能有效地代替测速机实现对转台测速与控制的功能,解决了在没有测速机的情况下对转台进行转速测量与控制的问题。
In order to measure and control the rotating speed of the turntable without tachometer,this paper proposed a new method based on linear accelerometer.The method used DSP to collect the linear acceleration signals of the turntable outputted by linear accelerometer,and then figured out the current rotating speed through the signals integral operator.Then in the condition of tachometer and linear accelerometer,the response curves were drew in the case of open loop step,sine wave signals and close loop response.The paper contrasted the two situations.Experimental results indicate that linear accelerometer can effective substitute the tachometer to measure and control the turntable.This solves the problems to measure and control rotating speed of the turntable in the absence of tachometer.
