80岁以上高龄老年人作为一个特殊人群,血压波动大,晨峰血压、白大衣高血压、单纯收缩期高血压等特殊类型高血压多见,昼夜调节异常,靶器官并发症多。结合其血压特点及最新的循证医学证据,探讨合适的治疗目标和降压策略,可为临床治疗高龄老年高血压提供参考。
In the elderly over 80,a special population,hypertension has its own characteristics,including blood pressure fluctuations,morning peak blood pressure,more special types of hypertension such as white-coat hypertension and isolated systolic hypertension. Combining the blood pressure characteristics of the elderly aged over 80 and the latest eidence-based medicine,will help to explore the appropriate therapeutic goals and strategies for clinical treatment.
