摘要
随着相关技术的发展,冷冻消融治疗已成为一种新的肿瘤微创治疗手段,肿瘤残存与复发是影响其远期疗效的主要影响因素。冷冻治疗可诱导肿瘤特异性免疫反应,即冷冻免疫反应,有助于清除残存肿瘤细胞。冷冻免疫治疗利用冷冻免疫反应将冷冻消融与免疫治疗有机结合起来,有望为肿瘤综合治疗提供新的治疗策略。
With the development of cross-correlation technique,cryoablaiton has become a new minimally invasive therapeutic method for cancer,whose major contributing factors for long-term efficacy includes tumor residual and recurrence. Some studies show that cryoablation can induce specific anti-tumor immunologic response（ cryoimmunologic response） ,which may provide the possibility to eliminte the residual cancer cells. Cryoimmunotherapy,combining cryoablation and immunotherapy,may provide a new synthetic therapy strategy for the treatment of cancers.
