血清PSA、PSMA在前列腺癌氩氦冷冻术后的动态观察 被引量：7

摘要 观察氩氦刀冷冻治疗后前列腺癌患者血清前列腺特异性抗原(prostate-specificantigen,PSA)、前列腺特异性膜抗原(prostate-specificmembraneantigen,PSMA)的动态变化,了解冷冻治疗对前列腺肿瘤细胞的杀灭作用,并以期及时发现肿瘤复发。收集氩氦刀治疗前后不同时间的患者血清,用ELISA法检测PSA、PS-MA水平。结果表明,前列腺肿瘤患者氩氦刀术后血清中PSA、PSMA水平较手术前有一过性上升,随后明显下降。氩氦刀可有效地杀灭前列腺肿瘤细胞,通过PSA、PSMA动态观察可以观察疗效,并及时发现肿瘤复发。
