摘要
拮抗生防真菌是微生物农药研发的重要组成部分,从香蕉根际土壤分离获得3株对香蕉枯萎病菌具有抑制作用的拮抗真菌,并对其抑菌效果和对香蕉枯萎病的盆栽防治效果进行了测定,通过对峙试验测定表明080409-8,080409-13和080819-B2-1等3株拮抗菌具有较强的营养和空间竞争能力,对香蕉枯萎病病原菌都有显著抑制作用,对峙培养7 d,抑制率均在55%以上;3株拮抗菌发酵滤液对病原菌菌落生长也有显著抑制作用,并且表现为抑制率随着浓度升高而升高,以1%浓度处理7 d,080409-8,080409-13,080819-B2-1的抑制率分别为22,00%,51.67%,63.00%;5%处理7 d,抑制率分别为39.33%,62.00%,71.00%;080409-8,080409-13,080819-B2-1发酵液的10倍,50倍和100倍稀释液的防治效果为40%~85%,在50倍稀释液浓度下,3株拮抗真菌对香蕉枯萎病的防效均达到最高。
Antagonistic fungi are very important to the microorganism pesticide research. In this study, three antagonistic fungi were isolated from the banana rhizosphere soil. Their antibacterial efficacy against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was demonstrated by inhibition efficacy in the assay plates and in potted experiment. The confrontation determination showed that three antagonistic fungi (080409-8, 080409-13 and 080819-B2-1)had strong nutrition and space competitive ability, and significantly inhibited the pathogen with inhibition rates more than 55% after seven days incubation. The fermentation filtrates of three antagonistic fungi could significantly inhibit the growth of the pathogen colony , and the inhibition rates increased along with the increase of concentration. The inhibition rates were 22.00% ,51.67% and 63.00% respectively for 080409-8, 080409-13 and 080819-B2-1 at 1% concentration, but the inhibition rates were 39.33% ,62.00% ,71.00% at 5% concentration. The control efficacy of 10, 50, 100-fold diluents of 080409-8, 080409-13 and 080819-B2-1 was from 40% to 85%, and the antagonistic efficacy of three antagonistic fungi against Fusarium oxysporum was the best at 50-fold diluents.
