摘要
试验筛选出 10种对樟子松枯梢病病原菌Diplodiapinea有拮抗作用的真菌 ,最终确定具有拮抗作用的真菌 6种。拮抗效果由强到弱依次为绿木霉 (Trichodermaviride)、单格孢 (Ulocladiumchartarum )、枣褐霉(Spadicoidesoboratum)、镰刀菌 (Fusariumsp .)、球毛壳孢 (Chaetomiumglobosum)、附球菌 (Epicoccumsp .)。其中绿木霉效果最好 ,为首选菌种。拮抗菌的筛选以相对抑菌效果为准 ,同时应考虑被抑制率和菌种本身具有的致病性。
Ten kinds of fungi that could restrain pathogenic bacterial (Diplodia pinea) of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica shoot blight were screened out through experiments, and six kinds of fungi were confirmed to have restraining effect at last. Restraining effects from high to low are in the order of Trichoderma viride, Ulocladium chartarum, Spadicoides oboratum, Fusarium sp., Chaetomium globosum, Epicoccum sp.. Among them, Trichoderma viride is preferred fungus. The standard for screening antagonistic fungus is relative restraining effect of a fungus; at the same time the restrained proportion and the characteristics leading to disease for the fungus should be considered.
