摘要
目的:总结先天性单侧肾发育不良合并输尿管异位开口的诊治体会。方法:对9例先天性单侧肾发育不良合并输尿管异位开口患儿的临床表现、诊治方法进行分析。结果:9例患儿均为女性,左侧5例,右侧4例。经多普勒彩色超声、静脉尿路造影、CT、MRI等检查证实,6例开口于阴道内,3例开口于会阴前庭。9例均于术前定位发育不良的肾脏。全部病例均行患肾及输尿管切除。结论:先天性单侧肾发育不良合并输尿管异位开口,通过病史、体检及影像学检查,可于术前确诊并定位患肾,手术切除发育不良之肾脏、输尿管疗效满意。
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of congenital unilateral renal displasis in association with ectopic ureter open.Method The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of 9 cases of congenital unilateral renal displasia with ectopic ureter open were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases were female,5 cases located in the left,and 4 cases in the right.With the examination of transvaginal color Doppler,venous urography,CT,MRI,etc,6 cases opened in vagina,and 3 in vestibule of perineum.All the cases were located displasic kidney before operation,and all received sick kidney and ureter excision.Conclusion The sick kidney can be located before operation,through case history,medical examination and image examination in patients of congenital unilateral renal displasia with ectopic ureter open,and the effects of excision of displasic kidney and ureter are satisfactory.
