摘要
本文报告我院经手术治疗的21例输尿管异位开口,均为女性,年龄为1～14岁。其中16例(17侧)伴重肾双输尿管畸形,4例为发育不全肾伴输尿管异位开口,1例为孤立肾伴异位开口。开口位于前庭13例、阴道7例、尿道1例。作者对输尿管异位开口的病理及伴发畸形、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。
Twenty-one cases of ectopic ureteral orifice(1971—1989) were reported with a dis-cussion of the diagnosis and treatment all the patients were female, ranging in age from 1 to 14 years. The diagnosis before operation might difficult in some atypical cases. However, awareness of the related clinical features, careful examination, conven-tional intravenous urogram, retrograde urography and ultrasound seanning were essen-tial in making the diagnosis. In the suspected cases, cystoscopy would help to estab-lish the diagnosis. In most cases, the heminephro-ureterectomy was the treatment of choice and the satisfactory result could be achiered.
