摘要
选用一种聚酰胺固体润滑剂微粒,采用高剪切乳化分散技术,研制出了一种用于钢丝高速拉拔的固体微粒分散型水基润滑剂,该润滑剂稳定性好,润滑性能优良,拉拔出的钢丝表面质量好。
By dispersing a kind of polyamide solid particles into water,a high-speed steel wire drawing lubricant was developed using high shear emulsification method.This water-based lubricant had good stability and lubricity,and the steel wire drawn by it had good surface quality.
