摘要
在冷拔冷镦润滑剂的基础上，研制了一种具有除锈、润滑双功能的带锈钢丝拉拔润滑剂．取消了钢丝拉拔工艺中的酸洗及浸涂处理过程．实验证明：除锈剂的添加不降低产品的润滑性能．复合除锈剂比单一除锈剂除锈效果好，这种拉拔润滑剂不仅适于拉拔普通碳钢，也适于拉拔不锈钢．
A new lubricant for drawing rust steel wire was developed on the basis of cold drawing lubricant, which has function of both removing rust and lubricant, that is while drawing oxide films on steel material surface rise drawing heat-treatment or laying up in the atmosphere can be removed simultaneously by tribochemical reaction. So, the acid washing and impregnating steps in ordinary steel wire drawing process can be omitted.It is proved by chemical and tribochemical method that the removing rust result of composite rust removing agent is by far better than that of single rust removing agent. By drawing common carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire on drawing machine, it is demonstrated that the lubricant is suitable for drawing not only common carbon steel wire, but also stainless steel wirea new breakthrough in the field of drawing stainless steel wire-which deserves further research and development.
