一株木霉菌SWFC1511原生质体形成及再生条件的研究

摘要 研究了一株木霉菌SWFC1511菌株原生质体的制备及再生条件,并观察其原生质体释放过程。结果表明:木霉菌SWFC1511原生质体制备的最佳条件为:菌丝培养20 h后,用比例为1∶3的2%溶菌酶与2%蜗牛酶为酶解液,在35℃下酶解3 h后,原生质体的产量较高。所形成的原生质体在再生培养基1上的再生率较高。 The conditions for protoplast preparation and regeneration were studied on Trichoderma SWFC1511 strain,and the releasing process of protoplast was observed.Results showed that the optimal conditions for protoplast preparation of Trichoderma SWFC1511 strain were as follows:after 20 h mycelium growth time,the hydrolysate was composed of 2% lysozyme and 2%snailase at the ratio of 1∶3,for 3 h reaction at 35 ℃,the high yield of protoplast was got,the protoplast had higher regeneration rate at regeneration medium 1.
