摘要
建立了ＨＰＬＣ测定复方黄莲素片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。该法回收率大于９８％，相对标准差（ＲＳＤ）小于０．５％。
A HPLC method was established to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Berberine Tablets. The method utilized Alltima C 18 column, CH 3CN 0.03 mol/L KH 2PO 4 (40∶60) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 265 nm as detective wavelength. The berberine hydrochloride was extracted from tablets with boiling water. The standard curve showed a linearity(r=0 9999) in the range of 4.0 40 μg/ml. The recovery of the method was 99.35%. RSD was 0.91% ( n=6) .
