摘要
目的了解四川地震灾区教师的应付方式现状及影响因素。方法使用应付方式问卷对四川地震灾区的741名教师进行调查。结果①灾区教师较多地采用解决问题(0.870±0.128)和求助(0.707±0.186)的应付方式,较少使用自责(0.380±0.240)的应付方式;②灾区教师的应付方式的解决问题因子在教龄(F=9.138,P<0.001)上差异显著;求助因子在学校类型(F=2.874,P<0.05)上差异显著;自责因子在年龄(t=2.281,P<0.05)上差异显著;幻想因子在性别(t=-2.143,P<0.05)上差异显著;退避和合理化因子在学校类型(F=2.944,2.889;P<0.05)上差异显著。结论灾区教师较多地采用成熟型的应付方式,且应付方式受性别、年龄、教龄、职称、学校类型及城乡差异的影响较大。
Objective To investigate the coping styles and concerned influential factors of teachers in the earthquake afflicted area of sichuan.Methods Coping style scale was applied to 741 teachers from the earthquake afflicted area of Sichuan.Results ①The mostly used coping style was solving-problem(0.870±0.128)and help-seeking(0.707±0.186),the fewest was self-reproach(0.380±0.240).②There was significant difference in solving-problem among teachers,they were different in some of dependent variables,such as length of teaching(F=9.138,P〈0.001).There was significant difference in help-seeking among teachers,they were different in some of dependent variables,such as range of school(F=2.874,P〈0.05);There was significant difference in self-reproach among teachers,they were different in some of dependent variables,such as age(t=2.281,P〈0.05).There was significant difference in fancying among teachers,they were different in some of dependent variables,such as sex(t=-2.143,P〈0.05).There was significant difference in withdrawal and rationalization among teachers,they were different in range of school(F=2.944,2.889;P〈0.05).Conclusion Most teachers use mature coping strategies;female and male teachers,age,length of teaching,professional title,range of school,urban and rural areas affect their coping style.
