摘要
该矿位于陕西南部,原矿锌品位2.77%,其中含碳13.10%,氧化锌占12%,采用预先脱碳、先硫后氧工艺硫程,获得硫化锌精矿品位56.15%、锌回收率85.56%,氧化锌精矿品位34.90%、锌回收率9.37%,锌的总回收率94.93%的较好指标。
The ore found in south Shannxi,the grade of raw ore of zinc was 2.77% and induding carbon 13.10%,zinc oxide 12%.Good beneficiation indexes can be obtained by removing carbon in advance and sulphurization first then oxidation technical process.The zinc sulphide concentrate contains zinc 56.15% with the recovery of 85.56%,and the zinc oxide concentrate contains zinc 34.90% with the recovery of 9.37%.The zinc overall recovery rate was 94.93%.
