摘要
针对某难选碳质钴锰矿,确定采用"抑碳浮钴—磁选锰"试验流程。结果表明,浮钴过程中,以NT为调整剂、Yc为碳质脉石抑制剂,可获得品位及回收率较好的钴精矿;浮钴尾矿通过一粗一精两次磁选获得锰精矿。
Directed at the characteristics of the refractory carbonaceous cobalt - manganese ore, the technological flowsheet of" flotation of cobalt--magnetic separation of manganese" was adopted. The results indicated that in the process of cobalt flotation, by using NT as a regulating agent and Yc as a depressing agent, a qualified cobalt concentrate with higher grade and recovery is obtained. By the way of one - time roughing magnetic separation and one - time cleaning magnetic separation of the tailings produced from cobalt flotation, an eligible manganese concentrate is produced.
