摘要
课程设置是成人高等教育最基本和最活跃的组成部分。长期以来,成人高等教育深受传统观念的影响,将其看成是普通高等教育的补充,忽视成人学习者的特征和需求,偏离教育内部规律。本文以人本主义课程论为主要理论依据,论述成人高等教育课程设置中存在的问题并提出建议。
Adult curriculum construction is an essential and active component of the higher adult education.For a long time,on the deep influence of traditional concept,higher adult education has been considered as the supplement of the general higher education.So the characteristic and demand of adult learners are always neglected,and the inside rule for education is deviated.Mainly basing on the theories of humanistic curriculum,this paper discusses the problems of adult curriculum construction and makes some suggestions.
