磁共振成像(MRI)设备状态检测评价——附30例检测结果分析

摘要 开展MRI设备QA研究,对30台MRI进行状态检测,评定MRI设备是否合格,是否具有临床应用价值。状态检测参数有信噪比、均匀度、线性度、层厚、空间分辨率和低对比度分辨率等6项。4台超低磁场设备中3台多项参数不合格,1台软件功能不完善多项参数难以测量;7台低磁场设备中1台全部性能参数合格,4台除信噪比不合格外,其余5项参数均合格,1台信噪比与空间分辨率不合格,1台信噪比不合格且层厚无法测量;7台中等磁场设备中1台信噪比不合格,1台层厚无法测量,其余设备6项参数均合格;12台高磁场设备均合格,有1台均匀度不合格。检测结果说明超低磁场MRI性能较差很难满足临床应用;低磁场MRI质量勉强,部分尚能满足临床应用;中等磁场和高磁场MRI设备质量普遍合格,有些设备个别参数不合格。 To research QA of MRI,and test 30 MRI systems.To evaluate MRI′s quality and judge whether the system can meet the clinical application or not.The performance parameters of MRI system are signal to noise ratio (SNR), uniformity,linearity, slice thickness,spatial resolution, and low contrast resolution.For 4 ultra low field strength system:3 of them had more than 5 unqualified peformance parameters,and parameters of one set were unable to obtain because of the imperfection of its software system.For 7 low field system:one of them was complete qualified,four of them were qualified except SNR,another one had two unqualified parameters SNR and spatial resolution,and one set had unqualified SNR and its slice thickness was unable to obtain.For 7 middling field system:five of them were complete qualified, one had unqualified SNR and one set was unable to obtain its slice thickness.For 12 high field system:All of them were completed qualified except one of them had poor uniformity.The test rerult showed most ultra low field systems′ quality was very poor and can′t meet clinical application.The quality of low field systems was not very good and only some of them can meet the clinical application.The quality of most middling and high field systems quality was satisfactory and only a few of them had some unqualified parameters.
