摘要
目的：了解精神分裂症的血液流变学性质特点。方法：对１１５例精神 分裂症患者与６０例正常健康人进行比较。结果：患者中全血粘度、刚性指数、低切 还原粘度、纤维蛋白原明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１），而脑血流量则比健康人低（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），其它指标没有明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：血液流变学性质的改变可作为精 神分裂症诊断的一个参考指标。
To study the hemorheological changes in schizophrenia, 115 cases of schizophrenia pa- tiens and 60 healthy individuals were compared. The results indicated that whole blood viscosity, ri- gidity index, reduced viscosity, fribrinogen in patients were higher than that in the healthy (P <0. 01), cerebral blood flow was lower than that of the latter (P <0.05). The hemorheological changes are helpful for diagnosing in schizophrenia.
