摘要
高职院校辅导员职业发展存在职责定位不清、流动性大、职业素质不高等问题。为了稳定辅导员队伍,使高职院校辅导员向职业化、专业化、专家化方向发展,要明确辅导员工作职责,提升辅导员职业发展的可持续性;落实培训工作,加强辅导员职业发展的专业性;进行职业生涯规划,强化辅导员工作的职业性;拓宽分流渠道,保持辅导员职业发展的稳定性。
The professional development of students＇ assistants of higher vocational schools faced with the problems of unclear professional responsibilities,great mobility and low professional qualities.In order to stabilize the assistant staff and help them developing towards professionalization,specialization and professionals,higher vocational schools should clarify the working responsibilities of teachers＇ assistants and enhance the sustainability of their professional development;carry through training work and strengthen the specialization of their professional development;carry out professional career programming and strengthen the professionalization of assistants＇ work;expand diffluence approaches and assure the stability of professional development of them.
