摘要
民族地区经济社会和谐发展是社会主义和谐社会构建的重要组成部分,也是这一目标实现的难点所在。鉴于非经济因素在经济运行过程中的作用已经为众多的实践经验所证实,要改变当前民族地区经济社会发展滞后的现状,就必须充分认识来自生态环境、人力资本、思想观念、生活方式等"非经济"层面上的阻力并做到对症下药、有的放矢。
The economic and social harmonious development in ethnic areas is a critical component of construction of socialism harmonious society and a difficult point on goals implementation.The promoting role of non-economic factors in economic movement process has been documented by lots of Practical experience,so,it is very important to change the situation that economic social development sluggish and fully aware of resistances from unfavorable factors on environment,human resources,lifestyle and so on and get to take the right remedial steps to correct a shortcoming and shoot the arrow at the target
